You can't deny it. It's undeniable... skaters are just hot. Just did a board graphic for Portland grom, Kincaid Davis. He rides a custom shaped longboard by local shaper Scott at Subsonic Skateboards. It doesn't effect me quite the same way surfing does, but it does a pretty good job at keepin' me moving. Showed Scott some of the other decks i've done and we've decided to work on a collaborative project. Stoked.

In addition to working with Honolulu's cult-classic shop 88 tees and Haleiwa's oldest shave-ice hot-spot Matsumoto's Shave Ice, i am super stoked to show my hand at the uber-cutie children's line: Coral&Polyp :)
Their line focuses heavily on the importance of recycling and doing good things for the earth - they even had a booth at this past years Kokua Festival sponsored in part by everybody's favorite surfing songwriter, Jack Johnson.

in keeping with all things Washington state this week, i found a pair of Seattle born twins who have been making art here and there and everywhere. I love how they have a native american flavor to them, as it's an obsessive inspiration of mine. check out their website - i love their homepage, and you have to check out their cut-outs for yourself :)
